Stables Cancellation Policy
Effective
6/15/05
We have found the need
to implement a cancellation policy and have done some research to
work out a fair program.
Beginning June
15th there will be a cancellation policy in effect for
lessons at the stables. If you cancel your lesson with less than 24
hrs notice you will be charged 50% of your lesson price or $10
minimum cancellation fee.
No-shows or less than 4 hours
notice will need to pay full price as if the lesson was
taken.
We have researched over
100 stables in the US with similar lesson
programs, professional instruction and quality horses similar to
Trinity Stables. Over 90 of the 100
charge full price for cancellations under 24 hours with no
exceptions. We know
that our instructors give excellent instruction and 2 of
them drive 1 hour each way to & from the Stables. They plan
their schedule and horse usage based on the students booked and many
times we are now turning away students because the schedule is
full. If you have

Effective July 2005- There are no cash
refunds at the Stables.
You can receive a credit towards any service (lessons, camps,
shows, clinics or Feed including Cat,Dog & Rabbit and of course
Horse!). PLEASE be
certain you really want a lesson package before you purchase
one!!!!!!
2)
Effective June 2006- Payment is due at time
of service. PLEASE pay
YOUR INSTRUCTOR at time of lesson.
You'd only pay Laura at time of show for leasing a horse or trucking
a horse. Coaching fees
always go directly to the instructor and class fees always get paid
to the show organizer (not Trinity).
