We're sorry!  As of 12-29-06 we can no longer offer lessons.

Thank you for your interest in lessons at Trinity Stables.  For information regarding lessons there are several links to investigate on this page;

Instructors, Meet Our Horses, Solid Foundation, Statement of Purpose, Money Policies and Release Form will probably be six of the most important.  Shows, Facilities and Scenery at Trinity would be good too.

Once you decide you'd like to book a lesson please fill out the form below or feel free to call Laura at (585) 335-2821.

For our Fall 2006 schedule (Sept 2006) we are conducting lessons 4 days/week;

Tuesday 3pm - 7pm

Thursday 3 pm - 7 pm

Fridays 6pm -8pm

Sat 9am - 4pm

Schedule a Lesson

It's all about safety at Trinity Stables! Please meet our horses, instructors and read "The Solid Foundation" to know that really means something to us and you.

1 Hour (60 minute) lessons

Private lesson $35.00 or you may purchase a package of 10 lessons for $300.00

-Semi-private lessons $30.00 or a package of 10 lessons for $270.00.   Note if you sign up and pay for semi-private lessons but end up riding privately you do NOT pay more money.

-Current boarder and are using your own horse, your lesson cost is $27.00 Note these are self-catch, self-tack, semi-private lessons only.

Half-hour (30 minute) lessons:

-Private lesson $25.00 or you may purchase a package of 6 lessons for $140.00. Please note you ride the entire 30 minutes and have 100% 1:1 time with the instructor.  Compare this to many barns that ride group lessons (4-10 students in a lesson) for much more money.  A great and safe alternative for younger students especially those in the 3-6 yr old age range.  In order to meet the 100% dedicated time and safety requirements                *****restricted times are available*****.  Normally early Saturday morning, early Saturday afternoon and Wednesday 3-5 are 3 of the blocks of time set aside....but call us regarding your needs.

- Semi-private 30 minutes lesson is $20.  Again riding 100% of the time and there is 1 other person in the arena. Once a new rider has the confidence and ability to work with another student in the arena this alternative is lots of fun and is very important step to those riders interested in showing a horse at some point in the future.

Trinity tries to be flexible and understanding as possible regarding emergencies.  Please know due to the 2005 write off from no-shows and last minute cancellations we will need to more strictly enforce our cancellation policy.  Many times we’ve found the lesson is simply forgotten.  We ASK, BEG and IMPLORE you to right down your lesson time on the reminders provided by the lesson board so you don’t end up paying for forgotten lessons.  Nobody feels good about that but it will become necessary.

To schedule a tentative lesson, please complete the form below at least 1 week before your preferred lesson time. We will contact you via telephone to confirm your lesson date and time.  All riders must sign and complete a liability release form upon lesson arrival.  if you'd like to schedule a lesson sooner, please call Laura at: (585)507-9644  to see what lesson times are available in the schedule.

Note that ASTM/SEI certified helmet are available for free use  in sizes XS-L. We only ask you take proper care and  return to lesson tack room.  Also available, but not guaranteed are true riding boots in a variety of children's and adult sizes.  Again your 'fee' for borrowing is cleaning and returning to lesson tack  room.  We also have 4-5 of those super cozy helmet covers that cover your neck, ears and chin.
